Q3: Does ICM provide samples? Is it free or need extra cost?

A3: Yes, we would like to offer 1-3 free samples at normal size and need your side pay the express freight.

Q4: How long is your delivery time?

A4: Generally, within 7 days if the goods in stock. If not, 35-40 workdays to be ready for delivery.

Q5: How do you pack the goods?

A5: Our standard packing is packing the goods in plastic bag or pop bag, then in carton box, then in pallet or plywood cases.

If you have special packing request, such as need stick barcode label, send us your exact request, my company will offer the package exactly according to your designs.

Q6: Can ICM make our specific logo on the part? 

A6: Yes, if accept laser print or screen print, please provide ICM your logo and we will print your logo on the part. If need casting logo, need make new molds, and charge molds fee.

A7: Our production will be strictly test comply with ISO9001 request, from raw material to finished product, we have complete record. We offer detail photos and inspected reports before shipment if needed. We will take the responsibility for any quality issue.

Q8: What should I do if I find quality problem in using?

A8: Firstly, we will find out the reason caused the problem and avoid the problem happen again. Then we offer replacement for any defective caused by non-human reasons.

Q9: What is your payment term, can you accept OA?

A9: T/T 30% payment in advance, balance to be paid when goods ready to delivery to seaport. Or L/C. Or West Union, PayPal and Money Gram if little value.

For OA payment term: From the second year of cooperation, first year, at least finished 5 shipments, total value more than 200,000USD , we can accept OA 30 days against BL date.

Q10: Does ICM accept customized industries couplings and valves?

A10：Yes, we can offer custom items by investment casting and by CNC marchined items. Our factory have the ZEISS CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), just offer your sample or drawings, we will delivery the right parts for you.
